Amy Capello Keynote Speaker | Leadership Coach | Author

When organizations want their leaders and teams to thrive, to serve their clients well, grow sustainably, and actually love where they work — they call Amy Capello.

Amy is a Keynote Speaker, Leadership Coach, and Author whose work sits at the intersection of science, story, and strategy. With a Master's degree in Biology, nearly two decades of wildlife field research, and a front-row seat to what burnout actually costs, both personally and professionally, she brings a perspective to the table that no one else can replicate.

Her programs are built on one central truth: sustainable performance is the competitive advantage most organizations are leaving on the table.

Amy has delivered keynotes and leadership training for corporate teams, national conferences, and professional associations across the country and internationally, including a TEDx talk, a keynote at the CPAFMA National Conference (CPE accredited), and a presentation for the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians (CME accredited). She is a member of the National Speakers Association Georgia Chapter and a two-time award recipient — named both 2024 Remarkable Woman of the Year and 2024 Leader of Impact.

What makes Amy different isn't just her credentials. She's a Stage 3 Inflammatory Breast Cancer survivor, a former Assistant Principal who managed 35+ staff, a single mom who built a thriving business from the ground up, and a woman who has solo traveled internationally and conducted field research on elephants in South Africa… all while figuring out how to show up fully for the people who matter most.

Based in Savannah, Georgia, Amy is available for keynotes, corporate trainings, workshops, and private leadership coaching engagements worldwide.
